Jonah Robledo was born in Fontana, CA, and raised in Orange County. Growing up, he observed the movements and personalities around him, integrating them into a creative expression that he applies daily.

Jonah moved to NYC in 2023 and has been creating daily, finding inspiration in the city and the new life he has made for himself.

Jonah’s primary medium is stippled drawings and paintings, working with graphite, ink, and oil paint. He credits his most intuitive work to the repetition of dots. His pieces take many collective hours to create and often take several different directions before they are finished. His work is abstract and explores his observations, experiences, and sense of self through repetition, movement, and form.
